CapeTowning.com Tours & Airport Transfers:
> All our tours are conducted in Volkswagen 7-seater Luxury Air-Conditioned Mini Buses, unless other arrangements have been specified. (Airport Transfers vehicles might differ according to the amount of guests)
> Only cash payments can be accepted for tours and airport transfers. Payments for 1-Day Tours can be paid at departure of tour. Payments for tours of more than 1 day's duration can be paid during the tour. The tour guide will be more than happy to assist you with any bank or Bereau de Change services.
> No deposit required for day-tours and airport transfers. For tours of more than one day's duration, a 15% deposit is payable to confirm your booking.
> Bookings cancelled earlier than 21 days before date of departure will receive a FULL REFUND of the 15% deposit paid. Bookings cancelled later than 21 days before date of departure will lose 15% deposit.

> CapeTowning.com Accommodation Rates as quoted on this website are subject to the following terms and conditions:
> Bookings and availability can only be confirmed once the FULL amount has been paid to CapeTowning.com 30 days before date of arrival.
> Bookings cancelled earlier than 21 days before date of arrival will receive a FULL REFUND of all accommodation payments made. 15% of accommodation payments shall be retained if bookings are cancelled later than 21 days before date of arrival.
> Please ensure that you read each property's terms and conditions in conjunction with CapeTowning.com's terms and conditions. Any specific terms as stated by all the different properties on this website, will overrule CapeTowning.com's conditions.
